What to expect
ARRIVING FOR YOUR HUNT
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and DAWG Ranch staff. A short orientation will occur, along with confirmation of hunting license, at which time release forms will be provided. Hunting can proceed on the day of arrival, time and weather permitting, and after firearm proficiency is confirmed.
OUR GUIDES
A guide will be provided for each hunter. Guests are invited to hunt from one of our comfortable, heated deer blinds, positioned at an elevated viewpoint over one of our food plots.
HUNTING TIME
Most guests arrive before daylight, and the hunt length is up to the hunter, although a morning hunt and evening hunt are typical. The time allowed for hunting will be a maximum of 3 days but may be extended if arrangements can be facilitated.
FIELD CARE
Field care of your animal will be provided by DAWG Ranch staff, in addition to skinning, quartering, and preparing your animal for processing. DAWG Ranch is happy to recommend local processors and taxidermists to process your animal.
